About the Delivery of your Products

Post

After your financial institution confirms payment for your order, your order is processed and sent for shipping. Payment confirmation takes up to 72 hours, but it usually happens instantly. Order processing and shipping can take up to 2 business days.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location. All our deliveries are made through the Brazilian Postal Service.

  • SEDEX : estimated delivery time between 3 to 10 business days after posting.

  • PAC : estimated time between 5 to 30 business days after posting.

These deadlines may vary depending on the operational capacity of the Post Office and the distance of the delivery address.

Tracking Code

After we post, we send a confirmation email with the tracking code , allowing you to track the delivery of your order through the Correios website.

Delivery Delays

During exceptional periods and events, such as long holidays, pandemics or force majeure, deadlines may be extended indefinitely.

If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us by email at pedidos@priscillawhitakershoes.com.br , stating in the subject "Delayed Delivery - Order No. #######" , replacing "#######" with your order number.

Delivery Attempts

The Post Office makes up to three delivery attempts . If all are unsuccessful:

  • The order will be available for collection at the nearest agency for 7 calendar days .

  • If not picked up, the order will be returned to the sender .

Make sure the people responsible for receiving the order (doormen, employees, etc.) are aware of the delivery.

Account and Order Status

You can track your order status by accessing your account on our website. When you make your first purchase, an account is automatically created, and login details are sent to your registered email address.

To view your orders, log in and access the "Orders" menu .
