Exchange and Return Policy

Did you buy any product at Priscilla Whitaker Shoes And did you love it? We're super happy! But if you ever want to exchange or return it, here we'll explain in detail how it works!

We respect our customers, and we always want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we have an exchange and return policy that respects consumer rights!

Deadlines

Exchanges

The deadline for exchange is 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.

Except for products on sale or Recycle models.

Returns (Withdrawals)

The deadline to cancel the purchase and request a return of the product is until 7 calendar days , counting from the date of delivery of the product.

Manufacturing Defects

The deadline for exchange due to manufacturing defects is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.

If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect (we work to ensure this never happens, but unforeseen circumstances do occur) follow the instructions for requesting an exchange or return at the end of this document and describe the manufacturing defect of the product you wish to exchange or return.

Conditions

The product must be sent in its original packaging, with label and original bag (Tip: Keep these items until the exchange and return deadlines expire).

The item(s) must not have been washed or used, must be odor-free, stain-free, and without alterations made by the customer.

Requests made after the deadlines have expired, or returns without providing the necessary information will not be accepted, and the product will be returned without prior consultation.

We reserve the right to refuse to cancel, exchange, or repair any product that clearly shows signs of misuse. Priscilla Whitaker Shoes may then return the product to the customer without prior consultation, along with a reason for the refusal.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only after confirmation of the return of the product(s) by our logistics team.

Returns

In the case of a return, the refund will be made for the full value of the product(s) returned within a period of up to 15 business days , not including shipping costs after the maximum period of 7 consecutive days delivery of the goods.

Exchanges

In the case of exchange, if all conditions are met, Priscilla Whitaker Shoes will send the chosen product within 7 business days .

We do not exchange products for store credit. All products must be exchanged for another product.

Reverse Mail

Each customer has the right to only 1 reverse code to make your first exchange or return in our store, regardless of the number of purchases made, and only for national deliveries made through the Post Office .

After the first exchange or return, all further exchanges or returns must be sent at the customer's expense.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

Incidents involving exchanges or returns must be communicated via email:

The customer must present a copy of the Invoice and the order number made on the website.

The client must send photos of both feet and from different angles of the products you wish to request an exchange or return:

  1. Top
  2. Front
  3. Jump
  4. Left Side
  5. Right Side
  6. Sole

The customer must indicate which products they wish to return or exchange, and optionally inform the reason for the exchange or return.
